The Delaney at Georgetown Village

The Delaney at Georgetown Village offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care.  The independent living apartment residences opened in August 2016.  The Delaney is managed by Life Care Services, with over 40-years of experience is a leading manager of full-service senior living communities.

Located in Georgetown Village surrounded by 100-year old oak trees with a modern Texas Hill Country décor, The Delaney offers a casual sophistication, appreciated by active seniors. The large common living area offers a variety of gathering areas including a fireplace with cozy seating, tables for games, and a large-screen television adjacent to the bar area, a fun gathering place for coffee or cocktails. 

 The Delaney offers restaurant-style dining featuring a chef-prepared menu. While three meals are served daily, the monthly fee includes one meal a day and a continental breakfast.

The Delaney offers a full calendar of social, educational, and recreational events; a variety of wellness programs and services including a fully-equipped fitness studio; a full-service hair salon; arts & crafts room; and access to caregiving and nursing staff when needed. The Delaney is pet-friendly.

The residences feature contemporary floor plans designed with casual elegance. Apartments range from alcoves (studios) and one-bedrooms one-bath, to two-bedrooms two bedrooms.   Each residence includes large walk-in closets, a kitchen, and a washer and dryer.

Monthly fees start at $2650 for the alcove, $3200 for a one-bedroom, and $4300 for a two-bedroom.  Monthly fees are based on one person.  An extra $650 is added for an additional person.  There is a one-time community fee of $1500.
