The Conservatory at Wells Branch

The Conservatory, a Discovery Senior Living community, offers a full calendar of fun, social, cultural, educational and recreational activities encouraging residents to “Live Life Inspired.”

Amenities at The Conservatory include: personalized fitness programs and wellness classes, Brain Fitness program from Posit Science, resort-style swimming pool, arts and crafts studio, theater, card and game room, residence lounge, and inviting living rooms and common areas throughout. Salon and barber services are available. Transportation is provided to nearby shopping and personal appointments.

The monthly fee includes 30 creative and well-balanced meals, plus continental breakfast and social hour with appetizers, wine & beer (Monday – Saturday).

The Conservatory features one- and two-bedroom suites with kitchens and balconies or patios for every suite.

Monthly fees start at $2,545 for a one-bedroom, one-bath, and $3,100 for a two-bedroom, two-bath. In addition, there is a $2,500 non-refundable community fee. Small pets are welcome with a pet-deposit.
