Skye Luxury Retirement Living opened in Leander in 2018. The independent living community offers upscale living featuring gourmet dining and a full calendar of events, activities, and entertainment. From state-of-the-art fitness center, to the arts & crafts studio, to the movie theater, to the library and reading room, to the heated, resort style pool, the Skye encourages residents to pursue their passions. Housekeeping services, a life-alert system, and transportation further support independent living. Pets are welcome.

Studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedrooms apartments are available. Studio apartments start at $2,995; one-bedroom apartments start at $3,245; and two-bedrooms start at $3,800. There is a second-person fee of $650, and a one-time Community Fee of $2,500. Garages are available.
