Buckner Villas, part of the Buckner Retirement Services, offers continuing care. Independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing are all available on the 25-acre senior living neighborhood. Residents enter the community for independent living with the peace of mind of knowing that if their needs change, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing are available within the same complex.

Amenities at GreenRidge, the independent living component, include a Wellness Center with fully-equipped fitness center and indoor heated swimming pool. A trainer is available to develop a personalized fitness program. In addition, GreenRidge offers a library, computer center, creative arts center, gardening areas, beauty/barber salon, and more. From worship services and movies to study groups and cards, there is a wide range of social opportunities including happy hour on the patio every Friday.

GreenRidge features restaurant-style dining with a set price per meal (breakfast, $7; lunch and dinner, $10; and Sunday brunch $15). Residents’ monthly fee includes a $300 food credit which can be used in the main dining area or at the bistro which offers light lunches. The bistro also offers free continental breakfasts.

GreenRidge offers a variety of one- and two- bedroom floorplans. Apartments include full kitchen (refrigerator, electric range, and microwave) and washer & dryer. Covered parking is included. Monthly fees for one-bedroom apartments range from $2,070 to $3,975 with two-bedroom apartments ranging from $4,150 to $5,295. Apartments are leased month-to-month with no buy-in or community fee required.

For those desiring independent living in a separate home, GreenRidge offers two-bedroom, two-bath Villas. Monthly fees for the Villas start at $2,540 for one person. All GreenRidge amenities
are made available to Villa residents. Note: there is an entrance fee starting at $224,000 for the Villas; entrance fee is 90% refundable.
