Horizon Bay, a Brookdale Community

Located in the neighborhood of Brushy Creek, Horizon Bay is a Brookdale Community. Horizon Bay features “Live Well! Lifestyle Programs & Events,” providing opportunities for residents to maintain an engaged lifestyle, pursue their interests, continue to learn, make friends and have fun. The I-Care team takes a resident-centered approach to offer individualized care and wellness services.

The Community features landscaped grounds with a paved walking path, a library, large living room area with a fireplace, and a salon/barber shop. Nutritious, chef-prepared meals featuring regional favorites as well as seasonal selections are served in the dining room.

Studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with large walk-in closets, kitchenettes and private baths are clustered around living areas forming neighborhoods.

Rates for one person start at $3,175 for a studio; $3,865 for a one-bedroom; and $4,265 for a two-bedroom. The fee for a second occupant is $800. There is one-time community fee of $2,750. Health and Wellness Fees vary per individualized assessment.
