The Oaks Gracious Retirement Living

Part of the Hawthorn Retirement Group, The Oaks offers 130 apartments and six cottages with 39 different floor plans. The residences consist of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes.

The monthly rent includes three chef-prepared meals each day. In addition residents have access to a coffee and snack bar, and fruit 24 hours.

Community amenities include beautiful common areas, grand theater, barber/beauty shop, chapel, guest rooms, library, mail and newspaper delivery, billiards, exercise room, card room, and craft room. In addition to a wide variety of on-site planned activities, The Oaks offers excursions to cultural events and day trips to places of interest.

Monthly rental rates start at $1,945 for a studio, $2,545 for one-bedroom, $3,745 for two-bedroom, and $3,995 for cottages.
