The Legacy at Georgetown

The Legacy at Georgetown, is part of Thrive Senior Living. It is located adjacent to Sun City and Scott and White Medical Clinic.

Amenities include three daily resort style meals, private dining, movies, wellness and fitness center, and courtyard. Also provided are a library, technology center, full-service beauty and barber shops, complimentary snack and drinks and concierge service. A wide variety of activities are offered through the Life Enrichment Program including exercise classes, painting classes, music programs, Reminiscence therapy, senior friendly computer, and pet therapy.

The Legacy maintains an intimate community with 58 assisted living suites.

Monthly rates for one person start at $4,195 to $4,825, depending on the size of the suite.

There is a $195 monthly premium for suites located on the first floor. An Enhanced Living Fee of $995 per month is charged for Incontinence Care Management. A $1,500 reservation fee applies to the community fee at the time of move-in.
